The rules for on site waste disposal can be complex.

Any new house site must have a recent soil test.  Old perk tests and bore hole tests have expired.  From the initial soil digging with an excavator, to the examination of the sub soils by an approved septic site specialist, to the State Sanitary number, Lux Transport can do it all.
