If you find that you are in need of demolition work, we are experienced at it.
Lux Transport has been in the excavating business several decades. We have sometimes had the sad job of removing the remains of buildings damaged by fire. We also have had the more uplifting task of removing old building that have outlived their usefulness. This land may then be returned to service again. There are many small houses that are not worth fixing that sit on valuable land. We can guide you through the maze of regulations, building permits and red tape that sometimes accompany the removal of lake cabins. We will take out the permits to allow the demolition work including: EPA approved excavation, disposal, site preparation, to the reconstruction process.
